It’s always nice to visit friends, but Dakkota has spent the entire day at my place waiting for Genevieve to come home, and it’s getting late. She really needs to leave, but I know how disappointed Genevieve will be, so I try to “convince” Dakkota to stay with the help of some water with an extra special “additive”. It works fast, and soon Dakkota is fast asleep. When she awakens, she’s been completely mummified in a heavy blanket cocooned with miles of duct tape! In order to keep her quiet (it IS getting late, after all), I stuff a foam ball in her mouth and seal it shut with more of the incredibly sticky tape! Now that her cries and screams won’t wake the neighbors, I lay her on the floor to struggle and writhe to her heart’s content! Wiggling her feet, her heavy socks sliding across the rug as she tries to get some leverage to free herself, she makes a perfect pretty package, just the thing to surprise Genevieve with! In fact, I think we’ll have to keep her for a long, long time! Hope she doesn’t overheat in her new wrappings!
