The bondage gets better. Even when it seems the same, or even sometimes when it is more minimal, or a copy of something done before. The spirit of what you do grows. The work is you, for better or worse, and you have a soul, and so there is soul in the work despite the limits of what it is. You look around and see the world losing its attention span, and the bondage ties you to the ground. Good craft, attention to detail, the rigging links it all together. And the models, the good ones, who enjoy some or all aspects of that feeling, and who grow to understand that our intentions are ultimately kind and always caring--they create a chord and a moment happens, and then you hope the camera captures the moment even as part of you wishes it didn't, but that's another story.
