Her wrists and elbows are tightly tied and attached to a shoulder harness. And the harness is connected to the ceiling chain. keeping her in place , Nichole walks in circles and of course tries to reach the crank with her heels. The chain does come loose....But I am on her fast and crank the chain back up. Tying her knees stopping that from happening again.
