Poor Andre Shakti...she stops into a clinic to get some help for some strange feelings she's been having and she runs across Nurse Dolly Leigh, who has some crazy ideas on how to treat her! After Andre's been strapped into a chair for the initial "treatment", the second tier of treatment requires for Andre to be unstrapped...and that's when she takes the opportunity to turn the tables! As Dolly gets wrong answer after wrong answer, the punishment is tickle torture! But finally, Dolly gets one right..and the reward is a hitachi on her clit!
