The owner of the shoe store they tried to rob, catches the two of them tickle-fighting over their favorite pair, and locks them both in the stocks! He's already seen how ticklish they are and intends to have some pervy fun, while he decides whether or not to call the cops!

Feathers, fingernails, brushes, oil and the steel claw keep the felonious fatal femmes in toe-tal hysterics as their helplessly dancing feet and toes, flail and squirm in a tickled panic! Cackling, guffawing and screaming for mercy, the two blame each other, while begging to be let go!
