WELCOME, 1st TIME TICKLEE, ELLIE! Ian Fixx finishes up an assignment, interrogating the evil Dr. Luna Toxxxic, when he discovers that she has a contact she's supposed to meet in England! So, Ian travels to Sussex to track her down. Knowing where to find her, thanks to Dr. Toxxxic and her ticklish feet, Ian is able to catch Luna's contact, Agent Ellie, of the Hammer Syndicate, completely by surprise!

In no time, Ellie is tied up and ready to be questioned! Ian wants to know what she and Dr. Toxxxic were up to, and immediately goes to the Hammer agent's feet for answers. Ellie tries to resist and hold in her laughter, but her resolve is very short-lived, as she explodes into guffaws, giggles and squeals!

Fingernails, feathers brushes and other tickle tools turn the once-scowling spy into a laughing, tear-streaked wreck, as she thrashes about, in a shrieking, toe-squirming frenzy! Ellie tries to keep her secrets to herself, but all the while she's begging for Ian to put her shoes back on! Can she resist the foot-tickling ordeal or will she have to tell all, to cut a deal to get her feet safely back in her shoes?
