Pretty secretary Katie Love is being held captive in her neighbor's basement. He has left her in the cold basement with her arms cruelly fused together with ropes. Her elbows are tethered to an eye bolt in the ceiling and a large red ball gag is strapped between her teeth. Her muffled screams and cries for help brings her captor down to silence her. He wraps an ace bandage around her head between her teeth over the ball gag. The bandage the ball deep into her mouth. Then he wraps black electrical tape over the ace bandage to further silence her. He then grabs more rope and crosses and bind her slender ankles tightly together. A rope is then tied around her waist and pulled down between her legs through her crotch. The end of the crotch rope is attached to her bound wrists. He then tightens the rope tethering her elbows to the ceiling which pulls her crotchrope super tight. After tying her knees tightly together he leaves her hanging helplessly in her painful bondage to suffer in silence
