Alba plays a woman who is getting ready to finish getting dressed so she can go testify at a big trial in a couple of hours. Two bad guys, hired by the man Alba is supposed to testify against, have been sent to make sure she doesn’t leave her house. They’re not going to hurt her, just make sure she’s stuck at home and can’t testify. Scene opens with Alba on the phone, assuring the prosecuting attorney she’ll be at the courthouse to testify, she just needs to finish getting dressed. She then hangs up the phone. Alba is wearing lingerie: bra, panties, garter belt and stockings. Alba is getting ready to finish dressing when the two bad guys who are wearing stocking mask quietly break into her house. Alba doesn’t see or hear them as they sneak up behind her. One guy grabs her and puts a hand over her mouth. She is shocked and tries to scream, but the hand over her mouth muffles her. One guy stuffs her mouth with a big piece of cloth and tells her she better not spit it out if she knows what’s good for her. The bad guys then carry her upstairs to the sofa as she struggles. One they reach the sofa, they lay her down … One guy has a good hold on her while the other guy begins tying her up with rope … After some tying of her legs or hands with rope, a guy ties a bandana in her mouth and around her head to hold in the stuffing. When the men finish tying her up, Alba has her hands secured tightly behind her back, ropes around her arms holding them tightly to her body, and ropes around her ankles, calves and thighs. The men assure Alba they won’t hurt her, that they’re just there to make sure she doesn’t go to the courthouse and testify. The men say as long as they’re going to be there a while, the might as well look around and see what is worth stealing. They need to get Alba a little better gagged. They then tie a bandana or piece of cloth or a scarf over her mouth in a triangular shape (like the old movies). The men then leave Alba alone and she struggles and mmpphhs through her gag, but she can’t loosen the ropes or gags. She then sees a nail file on a table nearby and rolls to it … She is trying to cut the rope on her hands with the file… when the men catch her and take away the file. They tell her they’ve checked with their boss and the man they’re working for was set free because Alba wasn’t there to testify. They say they’ll give Alba some water to drink if she agrees not to scream as they know the gag has dried out her mouth and she must be thirsty … Alba nods. They take off her gags and give her some water … They apologize, but say they’ve got to get Alba gagged again and tied more securely so they can make their getaway. In response Alba spits the water on them. They then put Alba into a hogtie. They say they’re sure someone will come to check on her since she didn’t testify. Alba struggles after they leave, but can’t get loose, sobbing in her cleave gag with a knot in her mouth
