This guy must be some sort of sailor, because he has them knotted up like a pro.

Later, and our captured cops are all tied up in chairs, also bound at the knee and elbow now. Their incredibly tight white handkerchief gags keep them mumbling hotly. This creep now has them restrained and gagged so hard they can barely mmmmppphhhhh! That’s how tight he has it all. Still, they manage to get in back to back on their swivel chairs for another token escape attempt effort, doomed to fail from the get-go. They must instead struggle helplessly while their fate is decided, bound in their seats, though the girls do provide much entertainment in trying to communicate, and twisting their gorgeous bodies around as much as their bonds will allow. But, they made a big mistake: All their gag talking has drawn their captor back. He can just about hear them outside, and that’s not good, especially with other cops no doubt searching for them.

Storming into the clubhouse, he seizes the cocky Chloe roughly and slams a thick wad of cloth into her mouth (having pulled down her pervious gag.
