Betty is pulled into the basement by the Hunter. Her arms are tied brutally tight behind her back with ropes. He her mouth open and stuffs a pair of panties deep into her mouth then wraps black vet wrap between her teeth and around her head. Her wrists are then attached to a rope hanging down from the ceiling and he hoists her arms up high behind her back in a painful strappado. He then ties a rope over her gag and pulling her head back he attaches the rope to her elbows. Betty struggles helplessly as he ties her legs tightly together. Then to her horror he ties a rope around her throat and feeds the throat rope up through a eye bolt over her head. She watches helplessly as he picks up a gallon can of paint and begins to tie the can to the end of the rope attached to her neck. Betty screams and cries in terror as he sets the can on the top of her head. Betty can feel the weight of the heavy can on her head as she freezes in horror. If she moves the can will fall off her head and pull the rope around her throat tight her. But in her strained position she can't keep the can balanced and it falls off her head. She screams into her gag as the rope pulls tight around her throat
