They find a real estate lady named Rachel and Lola sets up a meeting with her, posing as a potential home buyer. While looking at a new house, Lola gets Rachel to show her the basement. When they get down there, Max is waiting and grabs Rachel. Together, he and Lola tie the surprised real estate lady up. As Lola finishes tying Rachel up, Max goes off to look for something to gag her with. When he returns, Lola helps him hold Rachel still so he and can stuff and tie a pair of panties in her mouth to gag Rachel. They then hogtie her and leave her struggling bound and gagged, while Lola and Max go bring their car close so they can load their captive up.
