They want to capture BatGyrl in order to extort money out of the Mayor. The Mayor LOVES BatGyrl and would probably pay any amount of money to help get her back in one piece, maybe even give up the key to the city. But to their surprise BatGyrl finds them first! Dragonlady tells BatGyrl that her and Babyface want to have a talk with her, maybe to come to a compromise. BatGyrl can detect that there's something funny going on with these two, but can't quite put her finger on it. She should have known better to leave, Dragonlady sprays her new perfume in her face, her new perfume from France, sent to her by her super villain friend... BatGyrl is stunned and plops down in the chair and Babyface uses his device to make sure BatGyrl stays put. Babyface then removes BatGyrl's utility belt, he can take that to the Mayor to prove they have BatGyrl and demand the ransom money from him. Dragonlady and Babyface seem to have a disagreement about the money, who gets what larger percentage, but they don't have time to argue about it now, their differences will have to be settled later when he returns. Babyface leaves and Dragonlady proceeds to hand cuff BatGyrl to the chair, for extra measure. Dragonlady then grabs her pieces of rope and start to slowly remove BatGyrl's bright yellow boots one by one. Dragonlady proceeds to tie BatGyrl's ankles together and then decides to have some fun with her. "Wakey Wake!!" Dragonlady says, poking at BatGyrl's ribs. BatGyrl comes to and is surprised to find herself in this situation, and Dragonlady starts to tickle her upper body. BatGyrl screams out in laughter, begin Dragonlady to stop. "Oh, you no like?" Dragonlady asks, and then before BatGyrl can answer Dragonlady laughs "Me like, me like!!!" BatGyrl tries to lie and say she isn't ticklish, but Dragonlady already knows her most ticklish area are the soles of her feet, so she moves on down BatGyrl's legs. She tickle BatGyrl's feet and BatGyrl goes wild, screaming and laughing and struggling but to no avail. Babyface returns and Dragonlady is already bitching at him about how he couldn't have gotten anything done in that short amount of time. Babyface has had it with Dragonlady and turns the tables on her and over powers her. Suddenly Dragonlady finds herself all bound by thick leather straps, arms to her sides and ankles and calves together, she is unhappy about it! Babyface now has both BatGyrl and Dragonlady completely helpless and vulnerable, he's in the perfect position to do some real damage. He likes to use all these nifty devices, like this vibrating robot tickle fingers! He torments both ladies with the vibrating fingers, Dragonlady's spiked high heel, and his fingers.
