Ultra Girl is partially untied and hosted over the villains shoulder. She kicks and fights, but without her power belt she is helpless in the ropes. He takes her up the stairs to his dungeon and suspends her by her knees. He clips her belt onto a chain hanging right next to her, leaving her to try to swing over to grab it. He explains he has some more heists to do and is going to leave her there to keep her out of his way. Will Ultra Girl be able to swing over, grab her power belt, and stop him?
