A robber has taken Pepper that sales lady hostage. Knowing she will most likely try to escape, he brings out a role of duct tape and tapes her up very tightly. Once he has her completely wrapped up, he stuffs her mouth and tapes that shut too. Now bound and gagged, pepper struggles are too get loose.
