Laura slides from her office high heels into her knee high leather boots, just to be cuffed and gagged again.

And since she has worn her heels the whole day it's a good idea to gag her with one of her heels as well. This way Laura has plenty of time to smell the scent of her own worn heels and her nylonclad feet.
