Constance struggles to hop on her tightly bound stiletto heels and flops onto the sofa in exhaustion. He drops more rope on her and tells her that he is going to have to tie her much tighter now. Constance is brutally hogtied on the floor with her wrists connected to her booted ankles with rope.
