He cuts off her begging and crying by clamping his hand back over her mouth then finishes the phone call. The Hunter pulls an old bandanna out of his pocket and stuffs it deep in Lydia's mouth. Then white elastic bandage is pulled between her lips and wrapped tightly around her head, sealing the bandanna deep in her mouth. He then pushes her back down on the cot on her belly and grabs the rope still tied around her neck. He pulls her feet up to her ass and runs the end of the throat rope down between her bound stiletto heels. Lydia can feel the rope around her throat bite deep in her larynx threatening to cut off her air. He tells her that she controls her own fate as he ties the knots. He pulls her feet down to her ass and Lydia can feel the rope around her throat loosen. But when he lets go of her feet the rope tightens again. Lydia grabs for her heels with her numb fingers in a desperate attempt to take the pressure off her throat. But she knows that sooner or later her hands will no longer be able to keep their gripe and he cramped leg muscles will spasm. She cries into her gag for help but she is on her own, she needs to try to free her heels from the throat rope. Lydia tries to pick at the knots holding her ankles but her poor numb fingers can't feel the knots.
