Ticklante approaches Hong Kong, as two new sexy, Asian hit ladies converge on Madame Koo's (Messh) humble abode! But, the two gorgeous assassins, Kelly Kwan (returning fan fave, Dragonlily) and Leena Lao (hot newcomer, Tia Wileah), are bitter professional rivals, who argue over which of them gets to go in and take out Koo!
Kelly ends up winning the chance to go after Koo, and after punching her in the face, decides to resort to Koo's primary weakness ... TICKLING! She goes after Koo's ribs, sending her running and squealing, like a! Koo tries to stick to real fighting and throws a kick, but Kelly easily catches Koo's foot, removes her shoe (under great protest) and MERCILESSLY SKITTERS HER FINGERNAILS UP AND DOWN KOO'S SQUIRMING BARE FOOT!
In a tickle-induced panic, Koo clobbers Kelly with a candle holder, removes one of the bad-ass hit lady's shoes and turns the foot-tickle tables on her! As it happens, Kelly's nimble, bare foot is EXTREMELY TICKLISH and her tender, wrinkled soles and super-agile toes wriggle and writhe in cartoonish fashion, in a hopeless effort to escape Koo's tickling fingernails! The scheming Leena Lao sneaks in and is embarrassed to see Kelly being tickle-humiliated ... but she gets even more concerned, when Kelly finally succeeds in a desperate attempt to lock Koo in scissor hold! Kelly boasts, as Koo is squeezed firmly between her iron thighs ... but the jealous Leena refuses to let her win. The cunning rival hit lady unsheathes her long, wicked fingernails and tickle torments Kelly's bare feet, to break her scissor hold!
