Sexy secretary Kitty wakes up on an old mattress, dazed and confused. She tries to move but one someone has left her tightly bound and gagged. A ball has been stuffed between her teeth and strapped in tight. Ropes dig deep into her elbows and wrists pulled her forarms tightly together. Ropes circle her ankles and knees tying them helplessly together. She tries to struggle on the mattress and sit up but she can't get any leverage with her wrists pulled up and pinned to the small of her back. Soon her k'napper returns and pulls her up and sits her on the edge of the mattress. Kitty squirms and struggles as he grabs more rope and wraps it tightly around her shoulders and arms. He then pushes her back onto her belly and pulls her bound ankles up to her wrists and hogties Kitty. Kitty can't beleive what is happening to her as the ropes are pulled brutally tight leaving her helpless and drooling on the mattress.
