Someone has his way into Bella's home. To make sure she stays out of his way, he has her tied up tight with rope. As she struggles in the knots, Bella tries to plead with him to untie her. When he comes back into the room, she thinks that he is going to untie her. But when she notices he has a pair of panties in his hands, she realizes that he intends to gag her.
