Eleonora决定与Grace医生一起开始治疗。就目前情况来看，她有恋足癖，喜欢挠脚。当你在办公室、餐厅、海滩、任何地方的时候，总有一个可爱的女孩（或更多）非常想挠痒痒。

但格雷斯医生对事情的看法不同，她用同样的方式绑住了Eleonora，并对她进行了虐待狂般的挠痒痒治疗：脚、腋下、脖子、手+舌头Eleonora decided to begins a therapy with Dr Grace. As it stands she has a foot fetish, and loves tickling feet. Not something that weird but quite annoying when you're in the office, restaurant, beaches, everywhere, there's always a cute girl ( or more ) that she wants to tickle sooo bad.

But DR Grace does not see things same way, she then ties Eleonora the same way and give her a sadistic tickle treatment : feet, underarms, neck, hands + tongue
