Despite a recent setback, the ‘Superiors’ have continued with their insurgency and are keeping all heroines on their toes. This time the Harbinger returns to poison a city water supply, but finds she is not where she expected to be. When Erica, now the Elite Force leader known as ‘The Deceptress’, shows up, Harbinger suspects the heroine of hijacking her portal and sending her to a different place. The Deceptress won’t confirm or deny this and a fight ensues.
