If he couldn't be friendly and welcoming, screw him! Besides, once she was checked in she wouldn't have to deal with the guy again and she could just leave the key on the counter when she left on Monday. She unpacked and took her time changing into a cute outfit, figuring she'd catch up on email and watch some cable news before thinking about dinner and driving into town. Who knows how the weekend was going to turn out but she knew it would be a relaxing time either way - whatever happened she was down for it!
