Ultragirl used her power to freeze the burglar, then gags and hogties her with rope on the futon. She makes Kim lick her boot and tickles her before leaving her there to struggle. But Kim eventually gets free then sneaks up on Ultragirl, stealing her belt. Now powerless, Ultragirl is hogtied with zip ties as Kim uses different devices to tickle her. But then Kody, the cop shows up. Kim is busted, handcuffed and made to stand on the corner. Ultragirl think she is saved, but not so fast. Kody has other plans for Ultragirl....to sell her to the highest bidder.
