Lilli, Pamela and Rachel are three sisters, but the relationships among them are not the best: Rachel is the eldest and always the favorite. She has been abroad for a long time and has returned only now, after the death of her parents, to share the inheritance. She is authoritarian and annoying and her parents have left the most of their assets to her! This is enough for Pamela and Lilli to fantasize on how to get rid of her! So, while massaging each other's feet they figure out different ways to kill her:

The first idea is to strangle her: as soon as Rachel comes home, as usual, she takes it out on them, sits on the sofa continuing to insult them, but this time one of the two reacts and attacks her by blocking her arms, the other one start strangling her from behind using a stocking, the girl loses her shoes in the fight. The woman's body is prey to severe spasms, until she loses her strength and relaxes lifeless. Lilli smiles at Pamela and the two leave ...

In the second scenario, Rachel badly orders tea to be served, but a sister adds some sleeping pill to it and hands it to her. The woman, to humiliate her, orders her to kiss her feet and insults her. Shortly after, however, the sleeping pill takes effect and the woman faints. When she wakes up, she finds herself tied hands and feet, lying on her stomach. She tries to get rid of her and yells at the two sisters who, in response, put a bag on her head, fastenind it tightly around her neck. Rachel begs them to spare her, she's in fear for her life and cannot breathe, at this point the two take off the plastic bag and decide to humiliate her a little, it will be up to her to kiss and smell their feet this time! When they are tired of playing with her, they will drug her again and as soon as she has lost consciousness they will use the plastic bag again, this time they will tie it tightly around the neck using a pair of pantyhose and, mercilessly, wait for the woman to suffocate in her sleep, watching her body gasp and squirm in violent spasms as she tries to breathe.
Once again the two sisters imagine another way to put an end to all this bullying: Rachel comes home late at night, she orders them to prepare an herbal tea and follow her into the bedroom. She wants the two of them to kiss and massage her feet while she relaxes sipping the infusion, but she doesn't know that along with the spices, the two have added a very powerful poison. She soon realizes it, she feels a pain in her chest and struggles to breathe, she kicks her sisters and they confess everything while they watch her die terrified for what is happening to her without however any possibility of changing the course of events ...

These are just fantasies, the two sisters are not murderers and despite the abuses they could never kill the third sister ... however Rachel is not as good and, after spying on the two for a few days, she heard their fantasies and decided to punish them for this! She summons them with an excuse and she proves unusually polite, she proposes a toast, but it's a pity that she has drugged their drinks. In short, the two lose consciousness and when they wake up they find themselves tied up and trapped! The heiress forces her first sister to drink the powerful poison and she enjoys seeing how she writhes in excruciating pain, bringing her hands to her chest and throat unable to breathe. At this point she concentrates on the other one, puts a plastic bag on her head and suffocates her, releases her only to humiliate her, ordering her one last time to worship her feet, then puts the plastic bag back on her head, squeezes it with a stockings and watches her die without batting an eyelid! She is finally satisfied and decides to go to bed, but it is a pity that there are many people in the world who don't like her and so, that very evening, a mysterious serial killer looks out of her bedroom window and lets in a very poisonous snake that will bite her right on the foot. The woman wakes up and immediately understands what has happened to her, but now it's late, the poison is in circulation and for her too it's time to experience excruciating pain and the terror of the end that is about to swallow her!
