A terrible plague has hit Washington! Due to a virulent pathogen being placed in the city's water supply, several million people have been infected after drinking tainted water. Dr. Remorae (the creator of the plague) demands almost ten million dollars for a single vial of the antidote or the people of Washington will surely suffer!
Empowered to broker peace, Wonder Woman (who is immune to the disease due to her super-stamina and all-powerful uterus) agrees to meet with Dr. Remorae and deliver the ten million dollars. No sooner does Wonder Woman deliver the money though than she falls for a clever trap; A capsule filled with a toxic amount of a chemical titled "C1-H1-CL3." As Wonder Woman breathes in the gas, her world starts to grow fuzzy and indistinct. Pulling out her magic lasso she tries using it like a fan to blow away the ghoulishly green fumes but she's already breathed too much of it in and Dr. Remorae snatches the golden lasso away from her enfeebled grasp not long after that. Amidst a fit of coughing and gasping the once-amazing amazon finds herself sprawled out on the couch, blissfully slumbering away without a single care in the world.
When our heroine recovers, Wonder Woman discovers that her golden lasso of truth is nowhere to be found and that while she was resting she was injected with a debilitating dose of curare to slow down her amazing reflexes and reaction speed. This is proven as Dr. Remorae fires a bullet at a nearby window and Diana is too slow now to properly deflect the bullet from it's flight path. Even worse, our buxom beauty has discovered that Dr. Remorae made TWO evil concoctions, only one of which was the plague. The other is a mind-altering chemical which has different and unpredictable effects on the female psyche. Dr. Remorae wishes to test the second compound on Wonder Woman to see what sort of effect it will have on her, but he needs to deliver the chemical via a breathable vapor and needs to deliver it via a gas mask chem-deployment system. Dr. Remorae tells Wonder Woman that if she will stay of her own free will and submit to the chemical experiment he will make sure the antidote to the plague gets into the hands of the proper authorities.
Wonder Woman agrees in order to save the city, but Dr. Remorae is taking no chances and so he asks Wonder Woman to remove her feminum bracelets and hand them over. Knowing that the doctor is armed and removing her magic bracelets will leave her defenseless and vulnerable, WW is reluctant to submit but eventually agrees for the greater good of Washington. After her silver bracelets are taken from her the doctor also asks her to stand and to turn and face the wall. Not knowing why, WW does as she is told but as soon as her back is turned the doctor lunges forward and with deft precision the evil midget snatches away Wonder Woman's golden belt of power from around her slender waist with a single rip of heavy-duty velcro! Gasping in shock, Wonder Woman's super-strength dissolves away, leaving her weak and powerless in the face of evil!
Now without her bracelets or her belt, Wonder Woman is defeated and awakens to find herself chained to a chair. The chains are made from a special alloy but it wouldn't matter anyway since without the golden girdle of Gaea around her waist Wonder Woman is no stronger than an ordinary woman anyway. The doctor places a special gas mask over her head (amidst her protests) and pumps in the special gas to see what kind of effect it has on the curvaceous crusader. Oh no! Will Wonder Woman finally or will she find the strength to break free and escape from her chained and helpless peril? Can she resist the gas? Tune in, and find out.
