The Special Emergency Covert Response Team (S.E.C.Re.T.) is alerted when an unusual radiation is detected from a seemingly unremarkable house in the suburbs. Agent Randy Moore is assigned to investigate, but while she's snooping around the house in question she's unexpectedly taken prisoner by the occupant. Once he has her securely bound to a chair, he admits he does have an Upsilon radiation generator in his basement, and it's all part of his ingenious scheme to become a supervillain. Randy tries to reason with her rope-crazed host but he's resolute in his plan. He doesn't want to listen to reason, or to Agent Moore for that matter, and so he silences her with a remarkable tapegag. The sexy spy struggles in vain against her restraints, but it seems her government training in escape artistry is no match for this wannabe villain. Because of this, she's completely powerless to stop the suburban baddie from pulling down her little black dress to expose Randy's voluptuous breasts and yanking up her hemline to get a peek at her sheer, lacy red panties.
