She was aware of Sandra, though, whose recent short story about a kidnapping was one that she really admired. She herself wanted to write a screenplay along similar lines but knew she'd have to do some research to get into the mindset of a kidnap victim. There was that time last fall when Sandra was at her dorm and after sharing a glass of wine she let Sandra tie her wrists together, but honestly it was kind of lame. What she really wanted was to experience something real, the feeling of being taped up for real and made helpless without knowing how long it was going to last.
