劳拉和雷伊是当地游泳队的成员。她们正在训练，站在一个空房间里休息。天色已晚，她们是公共游泳池里最后几个人。她们看着手表，比较着训练成绩。她们发现游泳池很快就要关门了。她们很失望。她们想游几条泳道，然后比赛一下，这将是她们训练的一个好结局。看门人走进房间。女孩们问他她们是否能再待几分钟，她们告诉他，之后她们只想再游几条泳道，然后互相比赛。那个男人说不。劳拉和雷伊再次尝试和他交谈，并告诉他（知道他有点变态），他可能会惩罚她们，以换取额外的时间。他思考了一下，最后她们说服了他，但他坚持认为惩罚应该“先于”游泳。她们接受了这笔交易，不知道他为她们计划了什么。他扔出一卷胶带，命令她们堵住自己的嘴。劳拉和雷伊互相看了看，同意了。因为她们认为之后她们可以留下来。劳拉拿一条胶带贴在嘴上。雷伊也照做。两人都应该用一只手捂住嘴，把胶带推紧。然后她们被命令把手腕拉紧。现在，看门人开始用拉链绑住女孩们。之后他告诉她们应该安静地在那里等着。劳拉和雷伊正在互相交谈。她们不耐烦了，希望这个愚蠢的游戏快点结束。她们看了看手表。够了。她们站起来。她们叫他并开始抱怨。
看门人回来剪断了拉链。女孩们松了一口气。她们扭动手腕。接下来她们想取下胶带。但看门人告诉她们不要把胶带贴在嘴上。他允许雷伊去洗手间，但当她不在的时候，他抓住劳拉，用胶带重新绑住她的手腕。雷伊走出洗手间后，他又抓住她，对她做同样的事。
然后他把两个女孩都叫起来，用更多的胶带缠住她们的上身。劳拉和雷伊
不明白发生了什么。她们尖叫着，呻吟着。她们被单独留下。她们看起来很担心。看门人比她们想象的要阴险得多，所以她们试图互相帮助逃跑。然而他们的尝试是徒劳的，看门人蒙住了她们的眼睛，使她逃跑更加困难。
蒙上眼睛，绑上绳子，堵住嘴，逃跑是不可能的。劳拉和雷伊呻吟着，尖叫着求救。然后他们谈论他们可以做什么。眼罩必须被取下来。他们互相帮助，成功了。接下来，他们互相帮助解开手腕。现在他们很快就解开了。他们吃了，嘴里还被堵着。现在他们想逃跑。但那个男人又回来了。女孩们很失望。
在下一个场景中，劳拉和雷伊背对背坐在地板上。他们的手腕被绑在前面，两人都用胶带紧紧绑在胸下。脚踝也被绑住了。他们被束缚着。被包裹着嘴。更糟糕的是，他们不得不在那里过夜。这不是他们计划的。他们只能后悔被疯狂的看门人欺骗了。LAURA and REY are in the local swimming team. They are making a break of their traning session and stand in a empty room. It s late and they are the last people in the public swimminng pool. They are looking at their watches and compare their training results. And they see that the swimming pool is closing soon. They are disappointed. They want to swim some lanes and make a race, it would be a good end of their training session. The Janitor enters the room. The girls ask him if they stay a few minutes longer, they tell him that afte, they only want to swim some more lanes and swim against
each other. The man says no. LAURA and REY try again and talk to him nd tells him (knowing that he’s a bit on the kinky side) that he may punish the mas you want in change of the extra time. He reflects and in the end they convince him, but he insists that the punishment should “precede” the swim. They accept the bargain not knowing what he plans for them. He throws
a roll of duct tape and orders them to gag themselves. LAURA and REY look at each other and agree. Because they think after that they can stay. LAURA takes a stripe of tape and put it on her mouth. REY do the same. Both should put one hand over their mouth to push the tape tight. Then they are ordered to put their wrist tight in front of them Now The janitor starts to tie the girls with zips After that he tells them that they should be quiet and wait there. LAURA and REY are talking to each other. They get impatient and want that this stupid game has an end. They look at their watches. Enough is enough. They stand up. They call for him and start complaining.
The Janitor comes back and cut the zip ties. The girls are relieved. They toughes their wrist. Next they want to take off the tape. But the janitor tells them to keep the tape on mouth. He allowes Rey to go to bathroom, but when she’s away he grabs Laura and re-ties her wrists behind with tape. He then grabs Rey after she goes out the bathroom and do the same with her.
Then he collect both girls and wraps more tape around their upper bodies. Laura and Rey
don't understand whats going on. They scream and moan. They are left alone. They are looking visbly worried. The janitor revealed to be much more sinister thatn they thought, so they try to help each other to escape. Yet their attempt are futile and the Janitor to make her escape even more difficult blindfold them.
Blindfold and tied and gagged an escape is impossible. LAURA and REY are moaning, screaming for
help. Then they talk about that they can do. The blindfold has to be removed. They help each other and are successful. Next they help each other to untie their wirst. Now quickly they are untied. They et up, the are still gagged. Now they want to run away. But the man is back again. The girls are disappointed.
In the next scene LAURA and REY are sitting back to back on the floor. Their wrist are front tied, both are tied togehter with tape tight under their breast. Ankles are tied too. They are bindfold. Wrap gagged. What’s worse it they have to spend the night ther. Not what they planned. They can only regret to be tricked by the maniac janitor.
