She sits and sees how Gen struggles on the floor while she laughs at her. After a few minutes, she ties her up to a chair. She’s gonna be there until the trial is over, so she needs to be comfortable. Once she’s done, Sibyl leaves, and Gen is left there tied up and gagged, totally helpless!
