Slutty secretary Destiny has been captured by her bosses jealous wife Dominique. Dominique wants to get her out of the way and punish the bitch for being a flirt and screwing around with her husband. She leads the poor girl out of the elevator in the old warehouse. Destiny's arms are tied brutally tight behind her back and her ankles and knees are strictly tied. Dominique wants to punish her so she makes her hop out of the elevator in her stiletto heels. She continues to make poor Destiny to hop on her bound legs through the warehouse, Destiny keeps trying to stop to catch her breath but Dominique will have none of it and continues to make her to keep hopping. Finally they come to a room with an old musty mattress on the floor. She pushes her down onto the mattress and hogties her there. She leaves her telling her she will be back in a few hours to continue her punishment.
