The adventures of Ultragirl continue…

Amy Moorehouse (aka Ultragirl), played by Ashley Lane, is lounging in her apartment, trying to figure out what Black Cat's (Randy Moore) latest crime means. She figures out some clues and flies off to where she thinks the Black Cat is hiding. She enters a house to find the Black Cat has been expecting her. Before she can react, Black Cat throws a mass of Paralyzing Cat Scratch needles at her. Ultragirl collapses with the needles sticking out of her chest, and succumbs to their powerful toxin.

She awakens to find herself strapped to a slab. Black Cat explains that she is tied to her diabolical strangle rack. If she doesn’t struggle, the straps will tighten, but if she struggles, the vibrator tied tightly between her legs will activate. Once she comes, the machine will tighten automatically, and the wrong sequence starts again.
