An unnamed citizen heard a noise around 1 am and upon looking out the window saw something strange headed down the site walk. After a few minutes the street lights made it clear that it was a woman bound and scooting down the sidewalk. It wasn't until the figure came within a few hundred yards that she was aware that it was city police detective Michaels. The citizen woke her husband up and the quickly began untying the torn bed sheets to fee the office. They stated, "whoever did this used a half role of super sticky duct tape and wrapped it all around that ladies head and beautiful hair". Before the tape they had wedged a huge thick chunk of cloth in her mouth. Once free, officer Michaels called for backup. The alleged cat burglar is still on the loose.
