A cute Japanese schoolgirl spent all evening at school studying for the finals, by the time she was done, it was after midnight so trains in Tokyo were already out of service. She decides to walk back home, after all Japan is one of the safest places on this planet. She gets to an intersection with an old net of tunnels, where it is said supernatural events have happened there, in order to go to the other side and continue her way she has to walk a few blocks, so she decides she could simply go through the tunnels. After getting in there, she realizes it might have been a bad idea. The schoolgirl can feel she is not alone in those dark tunnels, and it is still a while before she gets to the other side, then suddenly she feels a hand covering her mouth! The poor schoolgirl is now tied up to a chair, her hands tied tightly with rope, and her mouth gagged with duct tape. She struggles, the mysterious woman who captured her tied her quite well! She can't scream for help, she's got a piece of cloth stuffed in her mouth and then secured with duct tape. However, she gets her feet free, she tries to escape running across the dark tunnels, but she gets captured again by the evil woman in black. The woman whips her, punishing her for trying to escape, then gags her again now with a cleave gag and then a OTM, before leaving her tied and gagged in the dark!
