That doesn't seem to be quite enough for him though, he winds microfoam tape around her head and places a stocking hood on top with electrical tape finishing that off. Serene moans in discomfort wondering what she's done to deserve this fate. Eventually her plight gets worse as her stocking hood is pulled back and tied off leaving her in a rather hellish hogtie with the large ballgag pushing towards the back of her throat.
