In this scene MummyEd had a visitor by the name of QS-Mud who had brought his own black latex catsuit and hood, and wanted to be mummified. So, MummyEd decided to wrap him onto our home-made 'gingerbread' bondage board using head-to-toe pallet wrap and duct tape. This seemed like a pretty standard mummification scene until we got to the overhead suspension. Our rigger Dalton was able to lift him off the floor with our two crank winches, allowing him to gently rotate with the use of Dalton's climbing swivel. As you might imagine, this allowed our visitor QS-Mud to experience a deeper sense of bondage, isolation and helplessness.

What we didn't expect was his response once we cut him out. He seemed overwhelmed, in a good way, and it took him quite a while to come back to reality. To us, this was the sign of a successful bondage scene, which he later agreed. He had been mummified for a couple of hours. For many people, experiencing extreme helplessness and inescapable bondage can provide a way to disconnect from the world, especially if you're wearing full coverage rubber like QS was. The rubber seems to have a calming and swaddling effect, especially if you're wearing a close-fitting rubber hood. This combination of gear provided QS-Mud with a wonderful experience, exceeding his expectations. As a result, he became another happy customer at the SeriousBondage Institute!
