Victoria was previously abruptly removed from her home due to multiple outstanding citations from the local police. Now, after being arrested, she finds herself at the police station, heavily handcuffed. She believes this is too much, but her apathy towards the authorities led her to this situation. Being the tough girl she is, she adopts an uncooperative attitude with the officer in charge to prevent the arrest process from continuing while she devises a way to escape. But for Victoria, there is no escape. The authorities have decided to deny her any of her rights as a detainee. She will be sent to the station's holding cells while the judge determines her legal status, and she will have to spend this time handcuffed at the ankles and wrists.
