Bethany Fontaine is hitwoman hired to take out a mob informant for snitching. She knows the informant has been wounded and needs medical attention, so she poses as a nurse to gain access the safe house he is being kept in. But her plan goes awry when she is captured by the man she was hired to eliminate. Barefoot in her nursing scrubs, Bethany is bound tightly to the bed in a modified hogtie with her tied pulling her head back. She is thoroughly gagged with stuffing and clear packing tape fully wrapped around her head. Tied so strictly, there is little chance of Bethany escaping!
