Normally, you would have an air mattress vacuum bed like this with a small, 5mm hole for the mouth, but Hinako thought of taking on the challenge of using that hole for only the nose.
That was the plan, however the nose created a bit of space in between, allowing for air to seep in, so she changed up the plan to the usual vacuum bed breath control and vibrator play.
This video was filmed with a stationary camera.
