本作品按内容分为Type:B篇和Type:V篇两部构成。首先介绍Type:B篇。通过塑料袋进行呼吸控制。本次模特非常有耐心，相当卖力，值得推荐！
（前半）
双手分别用胶带缠绕固定，头顶套上塑料袋，试图自救。尽管使用的是比普通塑料袋更难撕裂的材料，却仍拼命想靠自己弄破袋子呼救。反复几次后难度逐渐升级，接下来要将双手捆在一起缠绕固定。最后甚至将一只手塞进笼子，只剩另一只手可用。尝试用膝盖等各种方法破袋，但单手终究无法撕开塑料袋……※最后有一处短暂镜头显示嘴唇明显发紫。
（后半）将双手反绑于头顶，钉在十字架上后，套上塑料袋实施呼吸控制。与前半段不同，此刻已完全无法依靠自身力量挣脱，陷入生死攸关的境地。起初尚能保持冷静，但因塑料袋内空气稀薄，随着反复呼吸，很快就会贴紧面部，每次都会发出痛苦的呻吟，四肢不断抽搐。最后的场景尤为……。

（前半）
両手を別々にビニールテープでぐるぐる巻きにし、頭にビニール袋を被せて自力脱出を試みる。通常のビニール袋よりも破れずらいものを使用しているにも関わらず、助けは呼ばす何とか自力でビニール袋を破こうと必死に。数回繰り返す内に徐々に難易度も高くなっていき、次はゼンタイ両手をまとめてぐるぐる巻きにする事に。最後は片手を檻の中に入れてもう片手のみ使用できる状態へ。膝を使ったり様々な方法で袋を全身タイツ破こうとするが、さすがに片手だけではビニール袋を破くことができず…。※最後に一瞬ですが唇が明らかに紫色になっているのが分かる全身スーツ箇所があります。
（後半）　手を頭上で拘束して磔にした上で、ビニール袋を被せて呼吸制御。こちらは前半とは違い、完全に自力では外す事が出来ない絶体絶命状態へ。最初は全頭マスク落ち着いているが、元々ビニール袋の空気も少なく呼吸を繰り返す内にすぐ顔にビニールが張り付いていき、その度に苦しそうな声をあげ、手足をバタつかせる。最後のシーンは特に…。

Initially, one could still remain calm, but as the air inside the bag grew thin with repeated breaths, it soon pressed tightly against the face, causing agonized moans with each inhale.
