1.将双手用胶带缠绕后套上塑料袋，试图自行挣脱。
2.将其反绑并套上塑料袋后，绕着椅子转8圈，直到坐下时才解开塑料袋。
3.将其双手反绑并戴上塑料袋后，绕椅子走9圈，期间不得摘下塑料袋直至坐下。
4.将对方从后束缚并蒙上塑料袋后开始计数。本应1分钟后解开……1分10秒……20秒……30秒……。
5.将其双手反扣并套上塑料袋后进行两分钟倒计时，待计时器响起即刻解开。计时器一响，他便露出松口气的表情，但袋子却纹丝不动……2分10秒……20秒……30秒……。
6.保鲜膜全身裹紧进行呼吸控制1。
7.进行全身裹扎并实施呼吸控制2。
8.通过被褥压缩袋进行呼吸控制。出现挣扎和哀鸣。

1.手をラップでぐるぐる巻きにした上でビニール袋を被せ、自力で脱出を試みる。
2.後ろ手に拘束してビニールを被せた状態で椅子の周りを8周して座るまでビニールを外さない。
3.後ろ手に拘束してビニールを被せた状態で椅子の周りを9周して座るまでビニールを外さない。
4.後ろ手に拘束してビニールを被せた状態でゼンタイカウントアップ。1分経ったら開放するはずが…1分10秒…20秒…30秒…。
5.後ろ手に拘束してビニールを被せた状態でぴっちりスーツ2分カウントダウンし、全身スーツタイマーが鳴ったら開放する。タイマーが鳴り安心した全頭マスク表情を見せるが、袋は開かない…2分10秒…20秒…30秒…。
6.全身ラップ巻きにして呼吸制御1。
7.全身ラップ巻きにして呼吸制御2。
8.布団圧縮袋による呼吸制御。暴れ、悲鳴あり。
Series Volume 5. Based on the relationship between recording duration and file size, it will be divided into two parts. The final part is the Silver Edition.
The Silver Edition features an unprecedented new approach (i.e., not available until conditions are met), making it absolutely not to be missed. Additionally, this series includes the unexpectedly debut bedding compression bag, highly recommended.
1.Wrap both hands with tape and then cover them with plastic bags, attempting to free themselves.
2.After tying it up and covering it with a plastic bag, turn around the chair 8 times before sitting down and removing the plastic bag.
3.Bind their hands behind their back and put them in plastic bags, then walk around the chair for nine laps without removing the bags until they sit down.
4.Bind the subject from behind and cover their head with a plastic bag, then begin counting. The restraint should be released after 1 minute... 1 minute and 10 seconds... 20 seconds... 30 seconds.
5.Pinch his hands behind his back and place them in a plastic bag, then start a two-minute countdown. As soon as the timer beeps, immediately undo the restraint. The moment the timer sounded, he let out a relieved sigh, but the bag remained firmly in place... 2 minutes and 10 seconds... 20 seconds... 30 seconds.
6.Wrap the body tightly with plastic wrap to control breathing.
7.Perform full-body wrapping and implement breath control.
8.Breathing control through quilting compression bags. Struggling and moaning occur.
