场景一

阿尔芭穿着睡衣或内衣，坐在沙发上。她一边写日记，一边大声讲述自己关于捆绑、被绑住嘴巴、如何被捆绑、用哪种口塞、什么姿势等等的梦境和幻想。

这部分内容必须由阿尔芭完成。

写完日记并讲述完自己的欲望后，我们看到她倒在床上。

阿尔芭醒来，正如她幻想中所描述的那样。她感到惊讶，但似乎很享受这种感觉，并怀疑这究竟是梦境还是现实。

过了一会儿，她开始怀疑自己，似乎想要解开绳子，但却无济于事。

所以，也许这只是个梦，她告诉自己，于是决定回到沙发上。

阿尔芭醒来时，仍然被绑着，嘴巴也被堵住了。她似乎感到惊讶，也有些生气，但却无能为力。

所以她觉得也许自己还在梦里，于是她应该继续不安地扭动身体，试图重新倒回沙发上。

所以，这究竟是梦，还是现实，抑或是噩梦？Scene 1

Alba on her sofa, in her pajamas or underwear. She writes in her diary and recounts aloud her dreams and fantasies about bondage, being tied up and gagged, how to be tied up, which gag, which position, etc.

This section must be completed by Alba,

After finishing writing and recounting her desire, we see her fall in bed

Alba wakes up as described in her fantasy. She is surprised, but seems to enjoy and appreciate it, and wonders if it's a dream or real.

After a while, she begins to doubt herself and seems to want to be untied, but without success.

So maybe it's a dream, she tells herself, so she decides to go back to sofa.

Alba wakes up still tied up and gagged. She seems surprised and a little angry, but can't do anything.

So she's thinking that maybe she's still in her dream, so she should keep fidgeting and trying and waiting to fall back in sofa

So is this a dream, or reality, or a nightmare ?
