这是特工帕蒂的长篇故事的第一集，讲述了她参与的一项彻底改变她人生的调查。

帕蒂接到一项任务，秘密潜入一家女子精神病院，搜集证据，揭露这家医院内部发生的严重不法行为。调查显示，部分工作人员滥用职权，以极其恶劣的方式对待女病人。

帕蒂夜里潜入医院，小心翼翼地穿过空荡荡的走廊。最终，她找到一间办公室，成功进入一台电脑，里面存有她奉命寻找的证据。

任务似乎进展顺利。

但帕蒂犯了一个致命的错误。

这家医院远没有表面看起来那么松懈。监控摄像头从她进入医院的那一刻起就一直在跟踪她的一举一动，而且有人已经掌握了她的行踪。

帕蒂还没来得及带着证据逃走，就被一名护工抓住了。

权力平衡瞬间改变。

她身上多余的外衣被脱掉，帕蒂被套上了束缚衣。这位原本打算揭露大楼秘密的特工，如今却成了调查的对手。

现在，帕蒂成了护工的私人“病人”。

她穿着束缚衣站在镜子前，凝视着镜中的自己，试图弄明白这次任务究竟出了多大的差错。在这座机构厚厚的围墙之内，没有人知道她身在何处——帕蒂也完全不知道工作人员为她安排了什么。

但她仍然是一名特工。

而这仅仅是第一集。This is the first episode of a long story following special agent Patty and the investigation that changes everything for her.

Patty receives an assignment to secretly infiltrate a women's psychiatric institution and gather evidence that something deeply wrong is happening behind its walls. According to the investigation, some members of the staff may be treated their authority and treating the female patients in completely unacceptable ways.

Patty enters the facility at night and carefully makes her way through the empty corridors. Eventually, she reaches an office and manages to access a computer containing exactly the kind of evidence she was sent to find.

For a moment, it looks like the mission is going perfectly.

But Patty has made one crucial mistake.

This institution is not nearly as unguarded as it appears. Security cameras have been following her movements from the moment she entered, and someone already knows exactly where she is.

Before Patty can escape with the evidence, one of the orderlies catches her.

The balance of power changes instantly.

Her unnecessary outer clothing is removed, and Patty is placed into a restrictive straitjacket. The special agent who entered the building expecting to expose its secrets is suddenly standing on the other side of the investigation.

Now Patty is treated as the orderly’s personal "patient."

She stands in front of a mirror wearing the straitjacket, staring at her own reflection and trying to understand just how badly the mission has gone wrong. Behind the thick walls of the institution, nobody knows where she is - and Patty has no idea what the staff have planned for her.

But she is still an agent.

The moment she sees an opportunity, Patty makes her first attempt to escape.

And this is only Episode 1.
