Without the station’s knowledge, Detective Foxx has decided to take matters into her own hands. She knows her suspect is guilty, and she stops before his house, “I guess this is the place.” Before entering, she looks around the gate, calling for him, but gets no response. “Hello? Detective Foxx. Hello, is anyone there?” she says, knocking on the front door.
She decides to walk in, clenching her hand around the handcuffs in her purse. The detective is cautious, “Mr. Valentine, I just have a couple of questions for you regarding the case. I hope you don’t mind, but you didn’t answer, so I just walked in.” She searches the area for him, shouting his name multiple times, until she stumbles across his wallet on a table. “Mr. Valentine, I know you’re here. Your wallet is here.”
